S-5 Recruiting and Public Relations Officer, Cadet Captain Logan Watts – Logan was born in Salem, OR, in the Silverton Hospital on March 28th, 2007. Logan has one younger sister named Cora. Logan went to Grant Elementary from 1st through 5th grade, Parrish Middle School from sixth through eighth, and North Salem High School from ninth grade to present. His GPA is 3.46. After high school, Logan wants to attend the University of Texas in Austin. He is going to get a Doctorate in Chemistry, Physics or Astronomy. He hopes to become a part of NASA’s Astrophysics Division.
Logan’s freshman year, he was a 1st squad squad leader. Working hard for the battalion and doing his job, he was promoted to First Sergeant in his sophomore year and then received the role of S-5 at the beginning of his junior year.
Logan is the commander of the PT team and had the role laid on him his sophomore year with no coach or senior experienced cadets, but he worked hard and gave the team his all. Logan’s goal on the team is to receive first-place plaques at every drill meet and keep improving himself and his team.
